TOPIC: Advice for ExtraWatch on an Intranet

Advice for ExtraWatch on an Intranet 6 months 2 weeks ago #965

Greetings,

I'm using ExtraWatch on a locally hosted Intranet where there are 19 different subsidiaries in our company accessing it from several countries.
IP tracking is interesting since we all share a finite number of IP's.
90% of the users don't login, so getting a correct count seems difficult. Or maybe I'm missing something.
Logged in users are clearly tracked.

I've had this running for a week. When I'm asked for reports, I'm a little confused as to how to go about doing that.

Anyone else using this in the same kind of setup?

Is the agent javascript code present on pages which are accessible without login?

I apologize, the post reply got caught in our mail filter. I just now saw your update. The javascript does appear to load on pages when users aren't logged in.
