I have problem with heatmap, in extrawatch admin top requested pages in heatmap section is listed but when i click on those links the new page is opened and that page loads but there is not any heatmap shown on that page!!!
I think it's better to log in into my administrator and check it by yourself.
Also here is another problem, current visitors is not really current visitors, also statistics is not right, i have google analytic and analytic report has too many differences from extrawatch report, if you want i can send my report for one week from analytic and if you login to my administrator you can see extrawatch stats.
FYI, 4 month ago we have some problem with joomshopping and extrawatch then you have changed something in agent.js and it worked, now we are going to use extrawatch again and it's not usable !!!
The administrator has disabled public write access.
