I purchased ExtraWatch a while ago, it works great! Just upgraded. My problem is not with the product, it is with the website. Every time I login it asks for my paypal. That is fine, but then if I flip to the support forum there must be a different ID for that so I create that one. Then I click on your chat session and it has my email address and Name, but when I leave a message it creates a new ID and password and sends me a ticket email. I can't login to my own account and submit a ticket. Maybe I can re-pay again such that I can login to my own account and ask a question?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hi David,
we've changed the way how user can login. You can also login via google+ account.

When user writes an offline message a new support account is created. The only limitation now is, that when user exists there's a new account created too - which might have been your case and might have confused you.

Please find your username / pwd and login via "Login" link in header.
If this doesn't help, contact us via support chat in lower right corner. Thank you for your understanding.
