I'd like to suggest a separate Forum Category for Release Announcements.
In this Category, you could create a Forum Topic, ExtraWatch Releases, updated by the Forum Admin only, defining the version #, New Features, any Bug Fixes addressing whenever a new EW release is available in the customer download area.
Each reply to the Topic is a new Release Announcement.
This would be an easy way for one scanning the Support Forums to know that a new software update is available. Forum members following the topic can be automatically notified.
I have been testing some Joomla/EW issues lately and did not realize a new EW update was recently released.
Thanks in advance for considering this request.
I have attached a sample PDF from another software app I use that provides details of their forum.
Last Edit: 2 years 4 months ago by e-docTEK. Reason: Tried to attach PDF but failing to attach properly.
The topic has been locked.
