    Imagine you have a page that developers can register on with a form that looks like this:
    We want to set up a goal that notifies us every time a new developer with some experience in Java registers:
    • Click on Goals in left menu
    • Click on New Goal

    • Choose a name for the new goal

    • Scroll down to the advanced section
    • Enter in POST Var the name of the form we want to inspect
      Fig. 3 - Check input form with name "experience"
    • Enter in POST Condition which value to look for
      Fig. 4 - Looking for Java developers
    • Fine tune your new goal by adding more restrictions
    • Click the Save button at the bottom of the page
    • You will be notified every time a new Java developer registers

    Measure success on your website by setting up goals.

    Let's set up a goal for everytime that a user from the US lands on our News page:

    • Click on Goals in left menu
    • Click on New Goal

    • Choose a name for the new goal
      Fig. 2 - Set goal's name
    • Enter News page's URI in URI condition
      Fig. 3 - Set URI condition
    • Set Country condition to US for United States
      Fig. 4. - Set Country condition
    • You can fine tune your goal by adding more restrictions:

      • Incoming URI
      • Incoming IP range
      • Username
      • HTTP parameters
      • ...
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button
